| Zhuhai (846, 229)#65 | Zhuhai is the southernmost stronghold of the Wen Kun Dynasty. It is famed as the home of the Office Of Preparation Of Righteous Judges, an ancient school which trains all of the bureaucrats who serve the Dynasty. This notion of a formal academy has caught the attention of several other Factions, such as the Empirium, but for the present the Office is unique in Elgea. |
